PARIS ACADEMY FOR THE ARTS WEEKEND N’ NASHVILLE RAFFLE RULES 1. The RAFFLE is for the benefit of PARIS ACADEMY FOR THE ARTS, 402 Lee Street, Paris, Tennessee. 2. Board members, Individuals living in the Board member’s household, and Staff/Employees are not eligible to win the PRIZE. 3. To participate in the Raffle, the individual must be 18 years of age on the date the Raffle ticket is purchased; and the individual does not have to be present at the drawing to claim PRIZE. 4. Participation in the Raffle constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these official RULES and the decisions of the Academy’s Board of Directors, shall be final and binding. Winning the PRIZE is contingent upon being compliant with these rules. 5. The PRIZE or any part is NONTRANSFERABLE to third parties. 6. The drawing for the PRIZE shall take place at the Academy, 402 Lee Street, Paris, Tennessee, at 1:00 PM , Saturday, October 7,2023; and shall be available to the social media. 7. If winning ticket holder can not be contacted/notified of the WIN within 5 business days of October 7,2023, they shall forfeit the PRIZE; and a second drawing shall take place in the presence of 3 Academy Board members who shall draw the Ticket Stub of PRIZE WINNER. 8. By participating in the RAFFLE, ticket holders agree to release and hold harmless the Academy, its Officers, Board Members, and Staff from and against any claims or cause of actions arising out of participation in or use of the PRIZE including but not limited to change in the date, time, performances of the PRIZE, any technical errors, cancellation or performance of any event which was originally part of the PRIZE. 9. Any dispute shall be submitted in writing to the Academy’s Board of Directors within 15 days of the Event Date of October 7, 2023. Any Dispute shall be resolved by the Paris Academy Board of Directors after a designated hearing before a majority of the Board of Directors; and its resolution shall be final, conclusive, and binding on Contestant. 10. Sold Ticket Stubs shall be retained and secured at the Academy business office as soon as possible after sale. 11. Titans game tickets shall be transferred to PRIZE Winner within three (3) days of game date.
