A Rigid Heddle loom has a single bar with slots and holes that is manually moved up and down to alternate the position of the the lengthwise threads to allow the weaver to pass the cross thread back and forth to create the fabric. This technique allows for a wide range of projects. At the end of the class you will have a beautiful, one of a kind scarf to take home!

Amazing photographs happen when your heart, mind, and eye work together. The camera does play a role, but the primary ingredients are your own creativity and imagination. During these three sessions, you will be challenged to see your subjects in new ways and to make images from a fresh, new perspective. Current trends, as well as glimpses into the past, will be a part of each session. You will be involved in projects that will help you see beyond the surface of the world around us. This class is for photographers of any skill level. Whether you've just begun or have been using your digital camera for years, the class will move you forward in your pursuit of finer photographs. Any digital camera will work well, from your cell phone camera to the latest in digital technology.
