VENDOR APPLICATION & INFORMATION

Vendor applications & $10 non-refundable deposit

Bazaar Date: Saturday, November 2, 2024
Event Time: 9am - 3pm
Location: First Floor Classrooms & Lunchroom, Paris Academy, 402 Lee Street, Paris, TN

This is a fundraiser to benefit Paris Academy for the Arts, for vendors to sell handmade arts and craft items. Sales of pre-manufactured items or kits will not be accepted, even if hand-embellished. If you have not been a vendor at our bazaars in the past, we ask that you also submit two photos of your work by email: parisacademyforthearts@gmail.com. All applications will be reviewed, and applicants will be notified by email or phone to confirm registration and acceptance. Additional details will be emailed to vendors regarding set-up by October 25th.

Booth sizes are approximately 1/4 of a classroom or equivalent in the hall areas. Due to limited classroom space, some booths may also be assigned in the lunchroom, where we plan to sell homemade soups and lunch items, as in the past.

Set-up Times (please indicate your preference on form below):

(1) Friday evening, 4-6 p.m.
(2) Saturday morning, 7:30-9am

Vendor Fees and Additional Options:

  • $10 non-refundable application fee, due with application form by October 20, 2024. Payments accepted online or by check.
    An online payment link and additional information will be displayed on a new page after your form is submitted.

  • PAA also asks for a contribution of 20% of bazaar sales to be paid the day of the event.

  • Tables will not be provided, unless reserved in advance for a fee of $10 (one 6 or 8-ft table, based on availability). Select the second option in the drop-down menu in payment window if you would like PAA to provide a table for your space. Please note that we will have limited tables available for this event, and they will be provided in the order in which we receive payments for that option.
